The Doggpound is a new point of interest on the Fortnite island as part of the special Remix season. You’ll see it in the middle of the map. Home to Snoop Dogg himself, the pound is heavily guarded, but there is a vault at this POI, so if you want to open it, you’ll need to come prepared.
Below we explain how to open the Doggpound vault in Fortnite’s Remix season.
How to get the Doggpound vault key in Fortnite
To get the vault key, you’ll need to take out Snoop Dogg in the Doggpound. He’s the boss of the area and there’s a whole ton of lackeys that scout out the mansion as well. Being the central area of the island also means that there are probably a ton of players dropping there, too. That all being said, you have a few options:
You can drop at the Doggpound directly, hopefully landing on a decent weapon and fight your way through the area Leroy Jenkins-style, hopefully beating out the other players and Snoop.
You can also sneak your way in, but hopping into one of these plentiful red telephone booths around the Doggpound. This will give you a disguise as one of Snoop’s henchmen, allowing you to walk around the Doggpound freely without being attacked.
There’s one in the small southern structure on the island the Doggpound is on, just far enough from the action that you should be able to get in there quickly without running into any enemies. Once you fire a gun, your disguise will vanish, so you’ll need to be careful.
For a bit less risk, you can also drop in one of the areas outside of the Doggpound, loot up, and then head in. (Though if you do this and possibly take too long, you may find that the vault is already opened and looted by the time you get in.)
Either way, once you infiltrate the Doggpound, you’ll either need to defeat Snoop Dogg himself or take out whatever player did in order to get the Agency Keycard. After defeating Snoop, he’ll join you as an ally and drop the keycard, as well as a unique drum gun. With the keycard in your inventory, it’ll point you towards the vault, which you’ll be able to freely loot (unless a player drops in and eliminates you).
