The keynote speaker on the third night of the Republican National Convention on Wednesday will be Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio, former President Donald J. Trump’s newly chosen running mate.
Mr. Vance will be preceded by a long list of speakers that includes several House members and people who served in Mr. Trump’s administration; Gov. Doug Burgum of North Dakota, who ran against Mr. Trump in the Republican primary and was a finalist to be his running mate; Mr. Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr.; and a series of “everyday Americans” chosen to emphasize what the campaign says are the biggest problems facing the country.
The programming will begin around 5:30 p.m. Central time. Here are the major speakers on the agenda, in the order they are scheduled to speak, according to a person briefed on the planning.
