Reba McEntire will be singing on Happy’s Place and revealed she is working on the theme song.
“It’s written, and we’re recording it at the end of this month,” McEntire said at the 2024 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour about the show’s theme song. Hope you like it.”
McEntire sang the “I’m a Survivor” theme song of her 2001 sitcom Reba, which recently took a life of its own, becoming a trending audio on TikTok.
In Happy’s Place, McEntire plays Bobbie, who inherits her father’s restaurant and is less than thrilled to discover that she has a new business partner in her half-sister Isabella, played by Belissa Escobedo, whom she never knew she had.
McEntire’s musical talents will also be used within the show, as she revealed there’s a stage in the tavern where the series takes place with room for the singer to perform. With McEntire returning to The Voice as a coach, she revealed that Season 26 coaches Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg have expressed interest in making guest appearances on the sitcom.

Happy’s Place also reunites McEntire with her Reba co-star Melissa Peterman. The sitcom also stars Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk and Rex Linn.
