A 3-year-old girl crossing a Harlem street Thursday night was struck and killed by a driver who jumped out of his car and carried her to the hospital, cops said.
The child, along with a 37-year-old woman, a 2-year-old and a 4-month old, were crossing at West 135th Street and Lenox Avenue when they were hit by the vehicle around 7:40 p.m., the NYPD said.
The driver got out of his car and carried the 3-year-old across the street to Harlem Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The relationship between the woman and the three kids was not immediately clear, cops said.
No charges have been brought against the driver who remained at the scene.
