Joe Rogan will be telling “jokes, folks, just jokes” in his first stand-up special in six years.
The controversial podcaster is launching a live special, Joe Rogan: Burn The Boats, on Netflix next month.
It marks the latest live stand-up special for the streamer, which started moving into live special with Chris Rock last year.
The special will air on August 3 at 7pm PT.
It marks Rogan’s third stand-up special for Netflix, having launched Triggered in 2016 and Strange Times in 2018. He also previously made Rocky Mountain High for Comedy Central as well as previous specials including Talking Monkeys In Space and Live from the Tabernacle.
It comes after Rogan, who hosts the popular The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, renewed his deal with Spotify earlier this year.
The deal, which is reportedly worth around $250M, saw his podcast air on platforms such as Apple and YouTube as well as Spotify after he previously had an exclusive arrangement where the show only aired on the Daniel Ek-run platform.
