The NFL offseason is always a blast for everyone involved as we typically see movement coming from all over the place. Since there can only be one winner each season, the other 31 teams are all doing their best to try to become the last ones standing in the upcoming year. The Kansas City Chiefs are the target for everyone entering this new season, coming off their second consecutive Super Bowl title.
Teams have already made most of their big moves, especially with the 2024 NFL Draft now in the rearview, but there are still decisions to be made. This past week alone we saw multiple signings get done, with each of them having the possibility of becoming impactful. You never know who will step up in the biggest moments of the year, so every single addition has the chance to be a game-changer.
Here is a summary of moves that may have slipped by throughout the week.
Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd agreed to a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans that is worth up to $4.5 million. He reunites with new Titans head coach Brian Callahan from their time together with the Bengals.
Former Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles running back Rashaad Penny signed with the Carolina Panthers. He gives them some needed depth at the running back position.
Safety C.J. Moore re-signed with the Detroit Lions. He served a suspension for gambling that took away his 2023 season.

Former Los Angeles Rams center Brian Allen signed with the Cleveland Browns. He helped Los Angeles win the Super Bowl in 2021 and now becomes a member of the Dawg Pound.
Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons slot receiver Scotty Miller signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh had been looking for extra help in their receiving corps and now gets it with Miller.
Former Pro Bowl wide receiver Allen Robinson landed with the New York Giants. Robinson had been with the Steelers last season.
Veteran wide receiver Zay Jones signed with the Arizona Cardinals. Arizona beat out a few other teams for his services this offseason.
And in non-signing news, former Steelers and Titans linebacker Bud Dupree visited with the Los Angeles Chargers. He has also met with the Steelers and Falcons.
