Selling The OC Season 3 was the reality show’s messiest installment yet, so naturally, after all the fights, relationship drama, and real estate developments, fans of the Selling Sunset spinoff are wondering if Netflix is hosting reunion special.
During Selling Sunset‘s Season 7 reunion special in 2023, Selling The OC stars Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Gio Helou, and Brandi Marshall stopped by to answer a few questions and give a sneak peak at Season 3 of their show.
But will the Newport Beach office finally get its own reunion? Will agents who’ve left The Oppenheim Group since Season 3 filming wrapped return to screen to rehash the drama? And will Selling Sunset Season 4 come to Netflix to keep the mess going?
Here’s everything we know about a potential Selling The OC Season 3 reunion, Selling Sunset‘s reunion history, which Selling The OC agents have left The Oppenheim Group in recent months, and whether or not Selling The OC Season 4 has been green lit by the streamer.
Will There Be A Selling The OC Season 3 Reunion On Netflix?
As of May 7, 2024, there’s no word on a potential Selling The OC Season 3 reunion. While that can always change, it’s worth noting that each season of Selling The OC has consisted of eight episodes thus far, and the show has yet to get its own reunion special.
Selling Sunset also had three seasons of eight episodes before getting bumped up to 10 episodes for Season 4, 11 episodes for Season 5 and 6, and 12 episodes for Season 7. Netflix didn’t start Selling Sunset reunions until Season 5, so perhaps if Selling The OC can keep the momentum going and snag a few more renewals its cast members will be invited back to reunite in between seasons.
Which Selling The OC Agents Left The Oppenheim Group After Season 3?
If Selling The OC were to get a Season 3 reunion episode, there’s a good chance several agents from the latest batch of episodes wouldn’t be in attendance. As noted in a larger explainer, Tyler Stanaland, Sean Palmieri, and Alexandra Jarvis have all parted ways with The O Group in recent months, so it’s unclear if they’d return to speak on the latest season or their departures.
Both Stanaland and Palmieri were absent from Selling The OC‘s Season 3 press day on April 24, but Jarvis was in attendance, so if anything, we could see her showing up to rep the show until she’s no longer featured in episodes. Speaking of Selling The OC‘s future…
Will There Be A Selling The OC Season 4?
As of Selling The OC‘s Season 3 premiere day, the series had yet to be renewed for a Season 4. Coming off such an eventful season, one would assume Netflix would be eager to bring The O Group real estate agents back for more. But with news of Tyler Stanaland and Alex Hall’s falling out and the Newport Beach office down three agents since Season 3, fans can’t help but wonder if Selling The OC would have enough storylines to sustain another full season.
If Season 4 filmed as a continuation of Season 3, I think it’s safe to say viewers would tune in for more. After all, who wouldn’t want to see the aftermath of that chaotic finale fight, how all the cliffhangers are resolved, and what exactly drives agents to move on from the office (and the show).
It’s not uncommon for streamers to announce renewals some time after seasons premiere, so we’ll have to wait and see if Netflix gives the Selling Sunset spinoff the green light for new episodes.
Until then, Selling The OC Season 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
