Taking a page out of Ye’s book?
Tristan Thompson purchased a home just three doors down from his ex-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian, with whom he shares two children.
In an aerial photo obtained by Page Six, the NBA player’s new mansion can be seen within walking distance from the reality star’s estate in Hidden Hills, Calif.
He signed the deed for the $12.5 million, 10,584-square-foot property in December 2022, according to the US Sun.
As fans may recall, Kanye West pulled a similar stunt in December 2021, buying the property across the street from his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, in order to be closer to their four kids.
Though neither Thompson nor Khloé has commented on the athlete’s living arrangements, the “Kardashians” star recently shut down rumors that the two had reconciled romantically.
After publicly gushing over the serial cheater on his 32nd birthday earlier this month, the Good American co-founder, 38, made sure to clarify her “single” status, pointing out that “love is much bigger than relationships.”

Though Khloé referred to Thompson as “the best father, brother & uncle” in her birthday shout-out, she managed to sneak in a little shade, as she told the basketball player that her “wish” for him is to “continue to crave change, healing, and transformation.”
Thompson and the Hulu personally co-parent 4-year-old daughter True and an 8-month-old son, whose name they have yet to reveal. He is also the dad of 6-year-old son Prince, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, and 1-year-old son Theo, whose mother is Maralee Nichols.
After several bouts of infidelity â including mere days before True was born in April 2018 â Khloé dumped Thompson for good in December 2021 after news broke that Nichols was pregnant. The pair, who began dating in the summer of 2016, had already hired a surrogate to carry their baby boy at that point.
Despite their rocky past, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum has continued to show up for the Chicago Bulls center-forward.
Most recently, she flew to Toronto with her sister Kim, 42, and momager Kris Jenner to attend the funeral of his mother, Andrea Thompson, who died suddenly in January.
