Christina Haack and Ant Anstead have settled their custody battle over 3-year-old son Hudson and will not be going to trial in March 2023.

The former couple will “continue to have joint legal and joint physical custody” as originally agreed in June 2021, according to Nov. 18 court records obtained by People on Tuesday.

The exes, who split in 2020 and finalized their divorce the following year, agreed on a holiday schedule with “exceptions” to their initial arrangement.

The duo’s toddler will spend Halloween “with [Ant] in even-numbered years and … with Christina in odd-numbered years.”

The same goes for their Easter celebrations with Hudson, and vice-versa for the Fourth of July.

As for Thanksgiving, Haack, 39, will spend even-numbered years with the little one from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the following Monday, with Anstead, 43, getting the odd years.

Haack also gets even-numbered years when it comes to Dec. 23 through Christmas Day, plus a week during Hudson’s school vacation.

Reps did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

The “Flip or Flop” alum gave birth to Hudson in September 2019. She is also the mother of daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, 7, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.

Haack co-parents her eldest two children with El Moussa, 41, and his wife, Heather Rae Young, whom he wed in October 2021.

The pregnant “Selling Sunset” star, 35, gave insight into their dynamic in a “Today” show interview last month, saying, “Any drama aside, the kids are the most important thing to all of us.”

As for Haack’s co-parenting relationship with Anstead, things came to a head in April when the former “Wheeler Dealers” host accused his ex-wife of “exploiting” their child on social media. He filed for full custody at the time but was denied.

The HGTV personality and her third husband, Joshua Hall, stood up for her parenting tactics at the time. The pair have since stopped showing Hudson’s face via social media.

“I CHOSE and choose not to post Hudson because I was exhausted with Instagram being used as a tool against me,” Haack explained in a November Instagram Story upload.

Anstead, who has been dating Renée Zellweger since 2021, defended posting his own pictures of Hudson in October.
