Talk about keeping it 100.
Yet another private club has opened in New York City — and this one’s on the 100th floor of a luxury high-rise.
Located along so-called Billionaire’s Row, Central Park Tower — which has a penthouse unit for sale for a record $250 million — opened the doors to the 100th floor space on Thursday with a source telling us they spotted Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Dennis Basso and Naeem Khan at a bash thrown by Extell’s Gary Barnett.
Celebrity event planner Colin Cowie — who has done events for Jennifer Aniston, Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian — is working as the “lifestyle specialist” and event planner for the ritzy new space, which features food from top chefs Alfred Portale, Laurent Tourondel and Gabriel Kreuther.
“Every three months our menu changes, our recipes come directly from these extraordinary chefs,” Cowie explained, welcoming guests who sampled dishes such as “tuna and caviar nestled in a pastry egg,” duck with foie gras, and cod.
A full orchestra and harpist entertained, and a performer sang “Hamilton” tunes.
The space, called the Central Park Club, has a restaurant, ballroom, wine cellar and cigar room. There’s also an indoor and outdoor pool.
Residents of the building are automatically members — and we’re told a select group of titans in business, media, finance, fashion and Hollywood have been invited to join by Boldface Partners’ Jane Sarkin and Matt Ullian, who are curating the list.
The space begins accepting reservations for dinner on Oct. 3, and opens Oct. 18.
It’s just the latest in a line of newly opened private clubs in the city — including celebrity favorite The Ned, the ultra exclusive Aman, Mayor Eric Adam’s hangout Zero Bond, chic Chapel Bar and the ritzy Casa Cipriani.
