New video has emerged of the moment a man was struck with a flying chair thrown by a (maybe former) friend outside a Melbourne strip club on Friday night.
The original footage shared by Seven News on Saturday shows the wild moment unfold on CCTV outside Bar 20 on King Street in the CBD.
Video taken from across the street and posted to X gave a bit more perspective on the incident.
According to Seven reporter Paul Dowsley, the two men had attended the club shortly before 9 a.m. before they were thrown out.

A tussle outside the venue shows one of the men being pushed to the ground by security.
In separate footage, a second man can be seen walking next door to grab a wooden chair from a restaurant while a staff member attempts to stop him.
“He just suddenly asked for, can I borrow a chair? I tried to stop him asking, it’s our top chair, you cannot take it,” a staffer told Seven News.
He throws the chair towards the front of the club where his friend is still outside with security.

It appears he was not aiming for security, but the chair collided mid-air with the back of his unsuspecting mate’s head.
As he falls to the ground, a security guard can be seen laughing and pointing at the victim.
The thrower puts his hands on his head in disbelief.
It is not clear what injuries were sustained.
News.com.au understands the matter was not reported to police.
