A Night at the Museum

Have you ever wanted to have your own “Night At the Museum” adventure? (Without the exhibits actually coming alive, as in the popular movie series, of course!)

Well now you can: After a five-year hiatus, the much-loved tradition of sleepovers at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City has returned.

If you could spend the night at any museum or venue anywhere in the world, where would you choose? A planetarium? A Broadway theater? A baseball stadium? A famous library? Why? What fascinates you about that place? What secrets, stories or history do you believe it holds when the crowds go home?

Tell us in the comments, and then read the related article to see photos and videos of delighted kids on their overnight experience at the museum.

Students 13 and older in the United States and Britain, and 16 and older elsewhere, are invited to comment. All comments are moderated by the Learning Network staff, but please keep in mind that once your comment is accepted, it will be made public and may appear in print.
