Trump melts down again over ex-fixer’s shocking claims

President Donald Trumpmelted down in a Truth Social post on Monday over claims that his ex-fixer was “coerced” into providing testimony against him.

Michael Cohen, the former counsel for The Trump Organization, testified against Trump in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud case, which ended with Trump being charged with 34 felonies. In a Substack essay published Friday, Cohen claimed the government pressured him to provide “information and testimony that would satisfy the government’s desire to build the cases against and secure a judgment and convictions against President Trump.”

Trump reposted a Fox News report on Cohen’s claims on his Truth Social platform.

“Wow! They have a lot of explaining to do. Corruption at the highest level!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Cohen’s motivation for walking back his testimony against Trump is unclear. Over the last several years, Cohen has built an audience on Substack by writing primarily anti-Trump articles.

Trump also lashed out on social media Friday after over Cohen’s walk-back, raging to his Truth Social followers: “These horrible Radical Left people, doing everything possible to destroy our Country, should pay a big price for this! It was a SET UP from the beginning. New York Courts, with many fair and wonderful Judges, are embarrassed by what has happened! We cannot let this pass.”
