Some of the cute character designs, comical beats and more puerile humor, too, recall the universal charms of Western industry peers like Pixar. (“Ne Zha II” leans more heavily than “Ne Zha” on bodily excretions, from mucus to saliva to urine, as prime joke fodder.)
