MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-hosts slammed DHS Secretary Kristi Noem on Monday, claiming her repeated defense of the ICE agent who killed 37-year-old Minnesota mother Renee Good has turned her into a liability for President Donald Trump. Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski highlighted Noem’s weekend media tour, as well as last week’s “cowboy hat” press conference, saying she has misled the public and worsened the chaos in Minneapolis by sending more poorly trained agents. Scarborough noted that ICE’s approval has plummeted 30 points under her leadership, with public support for the agency’s tactics dropping sharply, leaving Trump politically exposed as he continues to back her.
