Ashley Tisdale’s “toxic mom group” bombshell has entered its fourth day of rocking Tinseltown.
There are several theories online about what caused the former Disney star to be exiled from her circle of famous moms — including that her sympathetic response to Charlie Kirk’s assassination caused the rift.
But a source told Page Six: “It’s a myriad of things, not just one specific.”
Tisdale penned a confessional essay for New York Magazine about how the ladies in the circle — who reportedly include Hillary Duff, Meghan Trainor, Mandy Moore, and Gaby Dalkin — suddenly froze her out of the group for no apparent reason.
A leading theory seems to be that Tisdale’s laments for the late Turning Point USA founder had rubbed her Hollywood pals the wrong way.
After his death, Tisdale had drawn a comparison to 9/11, saying: “24 years ago feels very different from today. Where we once were united and grieving together as a country, today we see someone die and blame his politics and opinions. Everyone in that building had different views and opinions, when we stop caring about loss of life we are done.”
After a backlash online, the “High School Musical” star added, “It shouldn’t be controversial to say this, but even when we disagree or find someone’s views offensive, violence is never the answer.”
But sources told us that there wasn’t any single reason for the schism.
Singer Trainor seems still to be pals with Tisdale, since Tisdale still follows her online.
Being that didn’t stop The “All About That Bass” singer from weighing in on the conflict with her own shady response. On Thursday, the singer took to TikTok and paired a video clip with her 2025 song, “Still Don’t Care.” Trainor wrote over the clip, ““Me finding out about the apparent mom group drama.”
Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, meanwhile seemed to respond to Tisdale with his own mockup of The Cut, and was praised by Moore hours after his post.
The “Candy” singer reposted a photo of Koma at a benefit concertfor victims of the L.A. wildfires that she performed at on Wednesday, and wrote: “@matthewkoma happens to be one of the most talented and generous humans I’m lucky to know.”
“He literally gave my family a place to stay one year ago today when we evacuated,” she wrote.
Koma’s apparently unbothered wife, Duff, is focused on her music. The singer teased her new song from her upcoming album, “luck… or something.”
Tisdale, whom a source previously described as “insufferable” within the group, seems to have also found her peace amid the drama. On Thursday, the Disney star-turned wellness figure, posted a serene photo of the ocean.
A rep for Tisdale did not comment.
