You can’t have a much bigger year than Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos are having in 2025.
I mean, the children’s author went to space with Katy Perry in April, and her now-husband helped her get there. Could anything compete with that?
In the case of this couple, the answer is: of course. In June, they got married during a lavish three-day wedding in Venice, attended by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Bill Gates.
Still, I must raise one underrated accomplishment the couple has reached: 2025 is their most fashionable year yet. Here’s a look at what they’ve worn at galas, conferences, and more.
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos made their first appearance this year in glamorous eveningwear.
In late January, the couple attended a candlelight dinner for Donald Trump at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.
Bezos wore a black tuxedo and bow tie for the occasion, while Sánchez Bezos opted for a strapless gown from Dolce & Gabbana.
The mermaid-style design was black with a sweetheart neckline and form-fitting bodice. Sánchez Bezos accessorized it with a statement diamond necklace.
The Italian brand went on to design her wedding dress later in the year.
The couple’s fashion took center stage the following day at Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Once again, Bezos wore a classic suit and white button-down shirt. Rather than a bow tie, though, he sported a tie in a shade just slightly darker than Republican red.
Sánchez Bezos took a more daring approach.
The children’s author attended in a white Alexander McQueen suit with a lace bra peeking out from her fitted blazer. She previously wore the outfit to two events in 2024.
Sánchez Bezos’ coat was equally notable that day.
When leaving the inauguration, Sánchez Bezos was seen wearing a brushed wool and mohair coat from the Italian fashion house Schiaparelli.
The white outerwear retailed for 8,700 euros, or about $9,073, at the time, and featured gold-brass buttons designed to look like nipples.
Ahead of the Oscars, the couple attended a celebrity dinner in matching black outfits.

Bezos wore a black tuxedo, a white button-up shirt, a matching bow tie, and a diamond-encrusted brooch. Sánchez Bezos stood beside him in her signature style — a strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline.
Designed by Oscar de la Renta, the white ball gown was fitted across its bodice and lined with two rows of feathers on its mermaid skirt.
For the Breakthrough Prize ceremony, the couple wore complementary outfits.

At Paris Fashion Week, the couple decided to match outfits.
In between Paris Fashion Week shows, they stepped out for lunch together in coordinated gray outfits.
The Blue Origin founder wore gray jeans, a matching sweater, a long peacoat, $1,050 Celine sneakers, and his Jacques Marie Mage glasses.
Sánchez Bezos went vintage with an archival John Galliano set from 1995. It included a structured, peplum top and a pencil skirt.
She completed the look with bow-adorned heels, her Hermès Kelly bag, small earrings, and thick sunglasses.
They embraced the black-and-white colorway of Chanel for the fashion house’s latest runway show.
Because Bezos wore a standard suit and sunglasses, Sánchez Bezos was able to shine.
