Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter, Victoria, was seen in a mugshot from June 2025 — just six months before she was found dead in a hotel on New Year’s Day.
Victoria had disheveled hair and bloodshot eyes as she held a stoic expression in the mugshot, which was taken after she was arrested for an alleged domestic violence incident.
At the time, she was arrested for domestic battery and domestic violence involving elder abuse for an incident that occurred at the Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa, Calif.

The actress pleaded not guilty to the charges and was scheduled to appear back in court later this month.
Just months prior, Victoria was arrested in April for obstructing a peace officer, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a narcotic controlled substance, for which she also pleaded not guilty.
Her legal issues date back to at least 2011 when she was arrested for theft in the amount of $50 to $500 in San Antonio, Texas — though the charges ended up being dismissed.

Victoria was found dead on the 14th floor of the lavish Fairmont San Francisco hotel on New Year’s Day Jan. 1. She was 34.
The individual who discovered her believed she had drunkenly passed out and immediately notified hotel employees, who called 911. First responders were instructed to perform CPR.
Her death is suspected to be an overdose after the call was dispatched as a “code 3 for the overdose, color change” — though her official cause of death has yet to be confirmed.
Paramedics tried to revive her, but Victoria was pronounced dead at the scene.
A San Francisco cop who had dealt with Victoria told The Post she had struggled with substance abuse issues and suspected her death was “fentanyl-related.”

“People get all their drugs with fentanyl now. They [drug dealers] have it on everything they measure with, [so] everything gets laced,” the officer said.
There was reportedly no sign of foul play and there was no drug paraphernalia on the scene. There was also no indication that her death was a suicide.
A hotel representative told Page Six in a statement Friday that the establishment is “deeply saddened by the incident.”

“Our heartfelt condolences are with the family and loved ones during this very difficult time,” the hotel spokesperson said. “The hotel team is actively cooperating and supporting police authorities within the framework of the ongoing investigation.”
The “Men In Black” star, 79, has not yet addressed his daughter’s tragic death.
