MAGA blowing itself up by treating people ‘like they’re trash’: GOP ex-governor

Fans of President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement erupted on Wednesday over a report that a deep blue city is moving forward with a plan to provide reparations for African Americans.

The Daily Mail UK reported on Wednesday that San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie “quietly signed” a bill two days before Christmas to create a “Reperations Fund.” The bill does not allocate any funding, and it is yet to be determined whether the funds will come from local taxes or private donations, according to the report.

“While that process largely predates my administration, I am signing the legislation to create this fund in recognition of the work of so many San Franciscans and the unanimous support of the Board of Supervisors,” Lurie told The Daily Mail.

MAGA fans reacted to the report on social media.

“California is so f—–,” Trump adviser Jason Miller posted on X.

“They’re going to steal taxpayer money from people who never held slaves, and give it to people who were never slaves (b/c have the approved skin tone),” Tim Donnelly, a former Republican member of the California State Assembly, posted on X. “Did I get that right?”

“So, all the illegals are getting deported, and now they have to get the black votes back,” MAGA fan Karen Kennedy posted on X. “This is so obviously ratchet. White liberals destroy everything and they still hate black folks. What a flim flam.”

“In the meantime, the city is struggling with a roughly $1 billion projected deficit,” conservative lawyer Jonathan Turley posted on X.
