Savannah Chrisley to co-host ‘The View’ despite backlash over parents’ prison release

Savannah Chrisley will co-host “The View” despite the show’s hosts slamming President Donald Trump’s decision to pardon her parents, Julie and Todd Chrisley.

“I am co-hosting ‘The View’ the week of February 15th, so I’ll be on ‘The View’ all week,” Savannah said on her “Unlocked” podcast Tuesday.

“I’m so excited for that because I like doing things that challenge me, [and] I like doing things that educate me,” she added.

“I mean, this is a show that… these personalities have bashed my family, have bashed me,” Savannah, 28, claimed of the ladies.

“These are the same women who made a comment to the extent of, ‘Wonder what she had to do for those pardons,’” the podcaster added.

In May, Trump, 79, announced he would be issuing pardons to “terrific people” Todd, 56, and Julie, 52, who were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion in June 2022.

Julie, who was sentenced to seven years behind bars, was released from the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.

Todd, who received a 12-year sentence, was released from the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Fla.

The move prompted backlash from several people, including the women of “The View.”

Navarro, 53, chimed in, claiming the move was “not ethical.”
