Kim Zolciak hit with new 6-figure tax bill as financial woes spiral

Kim Zolciak was reportedly hit with another massive tax bill earlier this month.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed a lien on Dec. 11 totaling $163,804.30 against the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum for unpaid taxes for three years, Us Weeklyreported.

Zolciak, 47, reportedly owes the government $104,009.82 for 2019, $24,471.87 for 2023 and $35,322.71 for 2024.

This is the second lien the IRS has filed against her.

The Bravo star and her now estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, had a federal tax lien filed against them in April 2023.

The two owed $1.1 million for unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

They also owed the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes for 2018, according to the report.

Zolciak’s rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Zolciak has been facing financial troubles since her split from Biermann in May 2023.

In August 2023, Saks Fifth Avenue and Capital One sued the KAB Cosmetics founder for more than $150,000 in unpaid credit card fees.

In October 2023, she and Biermann were ordered to pay Simmons Bank more than $230,000 after they defaulted on a home equity line of credit.

In June 2024, she was ordered to pay a $2,482.24 Target bill. Per court documents obtained by Page Six, a Georgia judge ruled in favor of a complaint filed by Target National Bank, claiming she “failed, neglected and refused” to pay off her credit card.

Zolciak is currently dating entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz.

After Biermann learned she was dating Mowitz, he reportedly warned Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, that the reality star would “financially … drain money from Kyle.”

According to an Us Weekly report, in a June deposition regarding Mowitz and Green’s divorce, Green claimed Biermann also told her that Zolciak “was narcissistic and had a gambling problem” and that she “wasn’t present for her children.”

Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage.

They share four minor children. He also adopted her two eldest daughters.
