Prince William is passing down family traditions.

The Prince of Wales, 43, grew up volunteering with his mom, the late Princess Diana, at the homelessness charity, The Passage.

Now, decades later, William is bringing his and Kate Middleton’s son, Prince George, 12, along for the cause.

Prince William was 11 years old when Princess Diana, who died in 1997, brought him and his brother Prince Harry to The Passage.

Per People, Prince George signed The Passage’s visitors book on the same page that both Princess Diana and Prince William did.

The father and son visited on Tuesday and baked cupcakes and packed care packages.

Prince William and Prince George also helped decorate a Christmas tree.

“It was important to the Prince of Wales to share with Prince George the work of The Passage and to spend time volunteering alongside the team,” the Prince’s spokesperson shared. “They both greatly enjoyed meeting staff, volunteers and service users as well as learning more about the charity’s work. The dedication shown not only by The Passage but by organizations across the homelessness sector, at Christmas and throughout the year, is invaluable.”

Last November, the royal opened up about volunteering at The Passage in his youth.

“My mother took me to The Passage; she took Harry and I both there. I must have been 11 at the time, maybe 10. I had never been to anything like that before, and I was a bit anxious about what to expect,” William recalled in the documentary “Prince William: We Can End Homelessness.”

A picture also featured the brothers at the homeless shelter, smiling for the camera as Prince Harry, now 41, sits on his mother’s lap.

Prince William said Princess Diana made everyone there “feel relaxed and having a laugh and joking with everyone” in her usual way when they arrived at the center.

“I remember at the time kind of thinking, ‘Well, whoever’s not got a home, they’re all going to be really sad,’ but it was incredible how happy an environment it was,” he added.

William and Harry have had a strained relationship since the Duke of Sussex tied the knot with Meghan Markle in 2018.

The Prince of Wales’ remarks in the documentary marked his first public mention of his brother in years.

Markle, 44, and Prince Harry have been celebrating the holiday season in Montecito, California with their two kids Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4.

On Friday, the “Suits” actress shared her family’s holiday card on Instagram.

Meanwhile, one day earlier, Princess Kate, 43, and Prince William released their own 2025 family Christmas card featuring Prince George, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.

And earlier this month, across the pond, Middleton held her annual “Together at Christmas” carol service in London.

Middleton, William and their three kids were all in attendance.

The royal children were pictured writing their names on paper and adding it to the Christmas tree outside Westminster Abbey.

For the fifth annual service, Middleton went with the theme of “love in all its forms.” She held the festivities at the same location where the prince and princess tied the knot in 2011.

“So special to come together this evening for this year’s ‘Together at Christmas’ Carol Service,” the royal family wrote on Instagram. “Grateful to everyone who helped make it such a warm and memorable celebration of love at Christmas.”

However, the daughters of former Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, were absent from the get together.

“Wish Bea and I could have been celebrating tonight with our family,” Eugenie, 35, explained on her Instagram. “Wishing @princeandprincessofwales such a special evening at her incredible carol service. What an amazing message of love and hope.”

Princess Kate originally invited the sisters as an olive branch after King Charles stripped Andrew of his royal titles in October.

“Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie received personal invitations for this year’s ‘Together at Christmas’ from Princess Catherine’s office,” royal commentator Neil Sean told Fox News Digital.

“This is Catherine’s project, and she has the final say — very similar to the way Prince William operates Earthshot,” he added. “Above all, yes, the royal family wants to be seen as united amid what has been a very difficult year.”
