Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s girlfriend, wellness influencer Gerelyn Gilbert-Soto, is the top donator on “Little Rascals” star Brandon “Bug” Hall’s controversial GoFundMe.
Hall started his fundraiser last Thursday, asking for financial help less than a month away from him and his wife welcoming their sixth child. In January, he told the Daily Mail that he had taken a “vow of poverty”and was living off-the-grid as “a radical Catholic extremist”.
Hall’s GoFundMe page shows that Gilbert-Soto donated $2,000, completely covering the former child actor’s goal.
Gilbert-Soto, 32, and Brin, 53, have been dating since 2023. President Trump called Gilbert-Soto a “really wonderful MAGA girlfriend” in September 2025 during a White House dinner he hosted for major tech and business executives.

Previously, Brin — who’s worth over $218 billion according to Forbes — had publicly aligned with the political left. For example, he supported same-sex marriage efforts in California in 2008 and contributed to Barack Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012.
In May, his girlfriend denied pushing her billionaire boyfriendto the far right, politically.
“The Democrats red-pilled him. I didn’t have to do anything,” she told the Free Press. “He has a mind of his own. If I could control him, I’d be married with a baby right now.”
She added, “If he were some raging lib, he wouldn’t be with me, and I wouldn’t be with him. I wouldn’t date someone who hasn’t already moved over.”

Meanwhile, Hall, 41, has responded to critics on X, including one user who urged him to “get a real job”and to stop getting his wife pregnant if he can’t afford it.
The former actor bluntly responded, “I’m going to keep impregnating my wife
.”
When another critic told him to “move to a small town and put your skills to work and get a job like everyone else,” he commented back, “Nah. I’m busy building a farm and feeding my family and community
.”
In Hall’s description page for his GoFundMe, he shared that he “really need[ed] some help” as his family moved to rural Arkansas.
“It’s now six years since I self-cancelled, and I have avoided doing one of these in all that time,” he wrote. “I always said this was my choice, and so I didn’t want to offload the glorious burden of it unless there was no other choice. Well here we are.”

“I’ve fallen a little behind on the few bills we have (phone, propane for the camper, and an unexpected electric hookup service fee),” he also shared.
While his goal was $2,000, he’s since raised over $23,000.
Hall is best known for playing Alfalfa Switzer in 1994’s “Little Rascals.”
He’s had several run-ins with the lawsince leaving Hollywood in 2020 to live off the grid in poverty, including getting arrested in Texas for allegedly huffing air duster cans in June 2020.
