Jenny Mollen and Jason Biggs were hot and heavy at her fragrance launch — despite being separated.
An insider tells Page Six that the former couple is “still very much in love.”
“They were canoodling; his hands were all over her body,” the source continued, adding that the “American Pie” star kept telling his estranged wife how “proud he was and how much he loved her.”
Biggs, 48, was on hand to support Mollen, 47, on Thursday night as she launched her perfume, Bi-Lingual by Villa Monstera, which boasts “warm sandalwood meets skin-like ambrette and musk, softened by ylang-ylang.”
“My NEW PERFUME, my oldest friends, my current husband, and some other people I’m dating,” Mollen captioned an Instagram slideshow from the evening, including the loved-up photos with Biggs. “This movie writes itself.”
Earlier this year, Page Six confirmed that the pair had split after 18 years of marriage. They share two sons, Sid, 12, and Lazlo, 8.
Biggs and Mollen first met on the set of the Howard Deutch-directed film “My Best Friend’s Girl” in 2007.
The duo were engaged by January 2008 and eloped that April.
Biggs and Mollen renewed their vows in front of family and friends in Napa, California, in July 2008.
Over the summer, the “City of Likes” author confessed to feeling down in the dumps following the split.
“So we are clear, I am massively depressed,” she captioned a video of herself skipping through a grassy field barefoot. “This is just what surviving looks like.”
In a June podcast interview, Mollen described their post-split relationship.
“And it’s still, like, romantic. We still love each other,” she insisted. “It’s just not, I don’t know, it’s a different type of romance. It’s, like, your best friend.”
She called it “surreal” and “bizarre” to be single again after nearly two decades, but added that they will always be connected through their children.
“People will be like, ‘How does it feel?’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t know, the same?’” she reflected. “We live in two different places, but we’re still tethered. We have kids. We still talk 18 times a day about everyone’s schedule and after-school and holidays.”
