Blake Lively’s beverage company is reportedly being pulled from shelves.
The actress’s brand, which includes the nonalcoholic Betty Buzz and alcoholic Betty Booze lines, is seemingly winding down operations and may be on its way to shutting down entirely, a source confirmed to People on Thursday.
Among the several trademarks filed since the company’s launch, those for Betty Buzz and Betty Booze remain active, while others have been abandoned, according to records obtained by TMZ.

The outlet reports that the abandoned applications includes marks covering “beer-based products, nonalcoholic carbonated beverages and other products.”
Page Six has reached out to Lively’s representatives for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
Lively, 39, launched Betty Buzz in 2021, introducing a line of five flavored, nonalcoholic bottled beverages designed to be enjoying on their own and used as mixers.
At the time of the launch, she told People, in part, “I don’t drink because I don’t like the effects of alcohol, but I like being a part of it.”

The “Gossip Girl” actress later faced criticism following the 2023 launch of Betty Booze, a line of bourbon- and tequila-based sparkling canned cocktails.
“Drinking isn’t my thing. But for f* sake, flavor is. Homemade recipes. Real fruit. Real ingredients. Quality booze. No crap. Also a real time-saver. Which is why I really did it. @bettybooze,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Lively was subsequently slammed by social media users for promoting an alcoholic beverage line after previously extolling the virtues of her sober lifestyle, with some even calling the venture a “cash grab.”
“Really tired of the celebs milking alcoholism when they know it’s toxic and dangerous and don’t drink themselves. Money grab from the celebs,” one social media user commented.

Betty Buzz and Betty Booze were seemingly named after Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds’ now 7-year-old daughter, Betty.
The couple are also parents to daughters James, 11, and Inez, 10, and son Olin, 3.
The latest blow to Lively’s business comes amid her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni, who co-starred in and directed 2024’s “It Ends With Us.”
