A drunken plane passenger exposed himself to a family waiting for a flight at a Florida airport — then started urinating toward them, splashing a mother and her 7-year-old son, according to police.
Lawrence Kai Raben, 48, was sitting across from a family of three waiting at Gate E6 at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Tuesday when he unbuttoned his pants and exposed himself, according to the Broward County Sheriffâs Office.
The tipsy traveler then âbegan urinating in their direction,â splashing the mother and son, according to a police report obtained by WPLG.
There were several other passengers in the immediate area — but most “dispersed” once he flashed his privates and started relieving himself, according to police.
It’s not clear if Raben was boarding the same flight as the others waiting at the gate.
Raben, of Fort Lauderdale, was taken into custody and charged with battery causing a person under 18 to have contact with bodily fluids, battery, disorderly intoxication and three counts of indecent exposure.
He was still being held on a $5,000 total bond at the Broward County Jail on Thursday, records show.
The Broward County Sheriffâs Office did not immediately respond to The Postâs request for comment.
