Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter put their home up for sale, less than three weeks after the death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona.
The spacious 3,239-square-foot home already has an offer from a prospective buyer for $3.249 million.
According to real estate records per TMZ, the couple has accepted the offer, but it’s “contingent on certain conditions being met.”

The sprawling Mar Vista home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, vaulted ceilings, and Spanish-style architecture, and the Lowes bought it for $3.15 million in March 2025.
Fiona died by suicide on Sept. 29, with her family telling Page Six they were “deeply heartbroken” by the loss.
“She was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents,” the family continued. “In fact, she was the light of our lives. Her passing is devastating for our entire family and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.”

The teen is survived by her parents and sisters Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10.
Following Fiona’s death, Mabel shared an emotional Instagram post about her late sibling.
“I love you so much fiona
i wish your short time here was easier and i hope your mind is at ease now,” she penned. “I will honor you forever and keep your memory alive. I love you, i hope you knew just how much.”

Following Fiona’s passing, a family friend revealed that the young teen had been deeply affected by the loss of their home in the Palisades fire last year.
“Something happened when the fires happened,” music executive Mykesha Robinson, whose daughter Faith was best friends with Fiona in elementary school, told the Daily Mail, noting that the family “lost everything.”
Robinson described Fiona as a “ray of light” that “would go up and talk to anybody.”

Earlier this month, the family held a private celebration of life honoring Fiona, with only family and close friends in attendance.
The Lowe-Painter family made their first public appearance since Fiona’s death at Rob Lowe’s son Matthew’s star-studded wedding on October 10.
Chad is Rob’s younger brother.
