The boozed-up driver who allegedly veered onto the sidewalk – hitting kids and adults attending an NYPD precinct Halloween event on Thursday – was charged with vehicular assault, cops said.
Michael Marsh, 56, was driving with a .26 blood alcohol level when he allegedly careened his van into the middle of a “Trunk or Treat” event outside the 83rd Precinct stationhouse on Knickerbocker Avenue near Bleecker Street in Bushwick, law enforcement sources said.
Six people were struck – a 31-year-old woman and her two daughters, 6 and 11, an 8-year-old boy and 74-year-old woman; and a 53-year-old woman, according to the NYPD. All were listed in stable condition.

“A little girl, her arm is peeled off, literally,” one mother who attended the event with her 9-year-old daughter said at the scene. “The lady injured her leg, and then one of the ladies, the back of her head was injured, and she has a hole in the back of her head.”
Marsh also allegedly struck a private ambulance stationed outside for the event, authorities said.
The Crown Heights resident was also charged with reckless endangerment, three raps related to driving while intoxicated, as well as driving on the sidewalk and driving without a seatbelt, police said.
His passenger, a 46-year-old woman, was set to be issued a summons for a traffic infraction, authorities said.
Marsh does not have a recent criminal record in the Big Apple, but racked up three busts for robberies in 1999 alone, police said.
