Selma Blair was released on bail following her alleged violent outburst aboard a Delta flight, an incident her attorneys claim was sparked in part by missing her medication.
The “Legally Blonde” star, 54, entered a not guilty plea Monday night after being charged with two counts of second-degree assault following a series of alleged attacks on a flight attendant, a Port Authority police officer and a hospital nurse.
She is facing two to seven years behind bars if convicted.
Blair appeared before Judge Indira Khan, who set bail at $20,000 cash, $60,000 bond or a $60,000 partially secured bond, Page Six has learned.

Blair is represented by defense attorneys Shawn Barnes and Joshua Reitzas.
Her case was adjourned until Jan. 19, 2027, and the judge granted an order of protection to the hospital nurse Blair allegedly assaulted.
Blair appeared emotional during her arraignment, with Reitzas wiping tears from her face.
Barnes said Blair had missed her medication prescribed to treat her multiple sclerosis and had also fallen and hit her head.
Barnes added she boarded the flight after being on set and working “extensive hours and exhaustive hours” in the days leading up to the trip.
“These factors coupled with the altitude, resulted in a state of severe confusion and disorientation,” Barnes said.

“This was not an intentional assault,” he continued.
Reitzas also asked the judge to consider Blair’s body of work, claiming she is “the gold standard.”
The judge replied, “Ms. Blair should not get special treatment because she is a celebrity.”
The actress was arrested Sunday after allegedly punching one flight attendant and biting another while traveling from Los Angeles to New York City, Page Six previously reported.
The incident unfolded aboard a Delta flight arriving at John F. Kennedy International Airport, where law enforcement officers were waiting when the plane landed.
Blair was restrained aboard the aircraft and taken into custody after landing. She was subsequently transported by ambulance to a hospital for evaluation.
While en route, Blair allegedly repeatedly kicked a Port Authority police officer in the head. Once at the hospital, she allegedly assaulted a nurse, who later pressed charges.

Blair faces federal assault allegations related to the alleged in-flight incident, in addition to the two state assault charges stemming from the alleged attacks on the officer and nurse.
A representative for the actress told Page Six that Blair experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct.
“Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition,” the representative said. Delta also condemned the alleged behavior, telling Page Six that the airline has “zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first.”
The FBI is investigating the alleged assault aboard the aircraft.
The latest incident comes a decade after Blair was removed from another flight on a stretcher following a disturbing episode aboard a plane traveling from Cancun, Mexico, to Los Angeles in June 2016.

The actress was traveling with her then-4-year-old son, Arthur, and his father, fashion designer Jason Bleick, when she reportedly began crying and making alarming statements about a man abusing her.
Witnesses said Blair was drinking wine in first class before making the remarks, including, “He beats me. He’s going to kill me.”
Two nurses aboard the flight reportedly tried to help her, while the pilot alerted authorities that a passenger may have mixed alcohol and medication.
