An announcement by Donald Trump that anyone caught using “Artificial Intelligence” will be considered an “enemy” of the White House landed with a thud with his MAGA fans.
The proclamation, posted on Truth Social, warned, “The White House considers anyone that uses the term, ‘Artificial Intelligence,’ as opposed to the highly accepted new and more accurate term, ‘Super Intelligence,’ THE ENEMY! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
In the midst of the memes that flood the president’s every post on his social media platform, were supporters asking why the president has chosen this hill to die on, with others stunned that simple disagreement makes them an “enemy” of an administration they admire.
JusticeGirl, who wants prosecutor Fani Willis removed for investigating Trump, wrote, “ I am not ‘the enemy,’ Mr. President. I am a Christian woman who voted for you and has entrusted you to save America. To be clear, renaming Artificial Intelligence is putting lipstick on a pig. This dangerous technology, created by a handful of men who are drunk on power, needs to be regulated immediately. If it’s not slowed and properly guarded, it will bring the destruction of humanity. (And calling me ‘the enemy’ over a trivial name change is like accusing me of treason. This is not OK.)”
“Okay, what has happened to you? I’ve always rode hard for you since you came down the golden escalator. But here lately, you are different. I’m pretty sure that your ‘war’ with Iran has cost republicans the midterms,” complained ShellEll.
