British prosecutors allege that Andrew Tate appeared in a sexualized video with a 17-year-old girl and shared it with others, according to court documents filed Monday as part of the U.K.’s bid to extradite him from the United States.
The filing, submitted in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, states that police found 168 indecent images and videos of the girl after Tate’s July 2015 arrest on suspicion of rape and sexual assault, reported The Telegraph.
The files were on a phone and laptop seized from his home in Hitchin, England, and prosecutors say 66 of them fell into “Category A,” the most serious classification under British law, according to the filing.
According to the documents, the girl came to the U.K. from abroad in 2014 and soon began working for Tate’s webcam business. Her passport, which police also found at his home, showed she was still 17 when he was arrested, and Tate was 28 at the time.
Prosecutors allege Tate knew she was underage. In messages from January 2015, the girl told him her parents had found out she was working for him and believed he was prostituting her.
According to prosecutors, Tate suggested he would not let her go home but worried that her father might go to authorities, writing: “Then we have a problem legally Ur not old enough to do so.”
Prosecutors also allege that in June 2015, Tate shared videos of the girl with three people in a WhatsApp group and boasted that she worked in his webcam business.
Police dropped the case later in 2015 without charges. The next year, Tate was removed from “Big Brother” over a video showing him whipping a woman.
Tate and his brother, Tristan, later moved their webcam operation to Romania, where they were arrested in December 2022 and charged in 2023 in a human trafficking case. Romanian prosecutors filed a new indictment last month charging Andrew Tate with trafficking minors and sex with a minor.
After Romania lifted a travel ban, the brothers flew to Florida in 2025. Shortly after they landed, a White House official pressed Homeland Security to return the brothers’ seized electronic devices, ProPublica reported, though the official denied ordering it. The brothers were arrested in Miami in July at Britain’s request.
U.K. authorities are seeking their extradition on 59 charges, including rape and sex trafficking. Monday’s filing alleges the brothers used “similar methods of recruitment, grooming, control and coercion” as part of “a wider pattern of allegedly sexually exploitative conduct.”
The documents also include allegations from several women who say Andrew Tate choked them before and during non-consensual sex. One woman said he squeezed her neck so hard she thought her head would “pop” off, and she later lost consciousness.
Other videos seized from Tate’s devices allegedly showed extreme pornography, including a video of a person having sex with a live eel and another of a person having sex with a live horse.
The Tate brothers have denied all the allegations and maintain that their interactions with women have always been consensual.
