Julia Stiles calls out ‘diva’ Andy Cohen’s criticism of her dancing on ‘DWTS’ — and he responds

One thing she hates about Andy Cohen.

Julia Stiles blasted the Bravo exec on “Dancing With the Stars” Wednesday, revealing she “stopped taking dance classes because people expected her to be this perfect dancer” after she played a ballerina in “Save the Last Dance” in 2001.

She specifically name-dropped Cohen, asking pro partner Ezra Sosa, “Do you know him?”

Sosa, 25, replied, “Yes, that diva.”

After Stiles, 45, said Cohen’s 2025 “quote [was] imprinted into [her] brain,” the “Radio Andy” clip in question played.

“Can we all just agree that Julia Stiles is not the greatest dancer on the planet?” Cohen, who was interviewing Stiles’ co-star Kerry Washington at the time, asked.

He poked fun at the scene where Stiles’ character, Sara, auditions for the prestigious Juilliard School — which the Golden Globe nominee clarified on Wednesday was filmed with a body double.

Stiles quipped that her plan on Season 35 of the ABC show is to “win the Mirrorball [trophy], sit on Andy’s [‘WWHL’] couch and be like, ‘Hey.’”

Host Derek Hough shared his support for this goal after Stiles and Sosa’s Quickstep to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5,” announcing, “Andy Cohen, you can eat it!”

The dance earned the duo a score of 18 out of 30.

Cohen poked fun at the viral moment on his show hours later by dubbing himself the “Jackhole” of the day.

He issued an apology on air, saying, “I am so sorry. I am the last person who should be giving anyone feedback on their dancing.

“Case in point,” he continued as a video played of himself grooving at a concert in a tie-dye tee. “Great job, Julia Stiles. You killed it tonight. You did amazing tonight, and I know you’re gonna have a great run.”

He concluded with a reference to another of Stiles’ hit movies, joking, “This diva gives all of you permission to flood my inbox with the 10 things you hate about me.”

News broke in August that Stiles was joining the competition — and she insisted to Entertainment Weekly that her “Save the Last Dance” was going to be a “disadvantage.”

The Emmy nominee explained, “To be honest, I stopped taking dance classes after that movie because people expected me to be a great dancer. I love dancing at home, and part of my reason for coming on this show was to find the joy in dance again … find my confidence in dance again.

She shared her dream of learning to “let go” of feeling “very, very self-conscious and kind of tense” post-movie.

Sarah Jane Nader, notably, was axed during Wednesday night’s show, one day after “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Conner Leavitt’s premiere exit.
