Artificial intelligence has rapidly made its way into our lives. It has helped to make our work more efficient, helped develop new medications and improved our ability to predict the weather.

But in recent weeks, some of the very experts leading the A.I. revolution have sounded the alarm about potential dangers of the rapid developing technology, warning that if left unregulated the technology poses a threat to humanity’s very existence.

We won’t publish any part of your response without following up with you first, verifying your information and hearing back from you. And we won’t share your contact information outside the Times newsroom or use it for any reason other than to get in touch with you.
