Biden made poor labor choices. I had a front-row seat.

Just in time for Labor Day, the National Labor Relations Board can finally right some of the wrongs of the Biden administration. A third Republican nominee for the board, James Macy, was sworn in on Aug. 17 after being confirmed by the Senate. That gives the five-seat NLRB the GOP majority it needs to throw out the Biden-era decisions clogging its docket and eroding the rights of workers, unions and employers.
