Meghan King and her ex-husband Jim Edmonds have reached an agreement after the reality star temporarily lost custody of their three kids.
“The custody hearing has been called off, and both sides have reached an agreement that is in the best interests of the children,” Edmonds’ rep, Steve Honig, told Page Six.
The details of the agreement have yet to be revealed.

Last month, Page Six revealed that King temporarily lost custody of her and Edmonds’ three kids — Aspen, 9, and twins Hayes and Hart, 7 — after allegedly giving Hayes unprescribed attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) medication.
She also allegedly asked the school nurse to distribute the meds.
An insider told us that Hayes wasn’t diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

At the time, Jim and his current wife, Kortnie Edmonds, received a call from Child Protective Services (CPS) and flew from Tennessee, where they reside, to his kids in Missouri.
We were told King was granted supervised visits with her kids twice a week, and a hearing was supposed to take place in December.
Another insider also told Page Six the exes’ children spent the Thanksgiving holiday with Jim.

Additionally, the former MLB player celebrated his daughter Aspen’s 9th birthdayby throwing her a Taylor Swift-themed party.
On Nov. 30, Jim took to Instagram to share a glimpse at the bash and decor, including pink balloons and a themed cake.
Another snap showed the birthday girl holding a brand new Labubu.
“What a week! A lot to be Thankful for @kortnieoc,” the retired athlete captioned the photos.

King honored Aspen’s big day with a birthday tribute via Instagram, which read, “My favorite female to ever walk the planet.
“A spectacular gift from God was born 9 years ago today. When I learned what love is. I love you Aspen King Edmonds. I love you to infinity. HAPPY BIRTHDAY.”
While the former reality star has yet to speak out about the allegations against her, “RHOC” alum Kelly Dodd defended King as a “good mother.”
