President Donald Trump’s South Carolina speech came to a screeching halt Friday when a heckler interrupted him — and a man in the crowd made his feelings about the disruption unmistakable.
As Trump stumped for Sen. Darline Graham (R-SC) in Myrtle Beach, he abruptly stopped as shouting broke out in the audience. When cameras cut to the commotion, a man in the crowd was seen furiously aiming both middle fingers at the heckler — the “double bird,” as journalist Aaron Rupar put it.
Trump waited while the heckler was hauled out.
Later in the speech, another heckler runs up close to the stage and throws her arms up and yells. Security quickly came and hauled the heckler off.
“Was that good or bad?” Trump asked. “I think she said, ‘Trump nation.’”
