MAGA accused abuser whines of union betrayal as campaign coffers dwindle

Trump’s call with Rep. Max Miller leaks: ‘Things aren’t looking good’

Rep. Max Miller is whining in court filings that his campaign coffers are dwindling amid allegations he abused his ex-wife and toddler daughter, according to a new report.

Miller bemoaned the loss of tens of thousands of dollars as he listed off the lobbyists and labor unions that have told him they cannot support his campaign — and cited the allegations as the reason why, Politico reported Wednesday.

“A lobbyist for a trade union informed me by text message that the union was withdrawing its support for my campaign because of these allegations,” Miller wrote in an affidavit. “One labor union’s international organization notified me in writing that it will endorse my opponent in the November 2026 general election, citing my personal circumstances.”

The affidavit is part of Miller’s defamation suit against Emily Moreno, his ex-wife and daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH), according to the report.

Moreno accused Miller of scalding her with hot water and breaking their daughter’s collarbone. Moreno says Miller is “a danger to my daughter.”

Miller has denied the claims — and released a trove of personal information he believes prove his innocence.

Miller, in his court filing, said the dwindling support is costing him major cash.

“I estimate the withdrawn organizational support at approximately $30,000, in addition to lost personal contributions from individual donors who have told me or my campaign that they will not contribute because of these allegations,” Miller said.

According to Politico, Miller estimated his re-election campaign will now cost up to $3 million — double the $1.4 million it might have taken before Moreno went public with her allegations.

“The anxiety comes as Miller is running in a now-competitive district against Democrat Brian Poindexter, a city councilman and member of the local ironworkers union,” Politico reported. “Poindexter has been leaning on his labor bona fides and focusing on workers rights, as organized labor has emerged as a critical voting bloc across the Cleveland-area district.”
