Diane Keaton’s famous ‘Pinterest house’ returns to market for millions — see inside the ultimate Nancy Meyers fantasy home

Diane Keaton’s legendary eye for design is up for grabs — if you have a cool $22.9 million burning a hole in your pocket.

The Oscar winner’s custom-built Brentwood masterpiece, famously dubbed her “Pinterest house,” has officially cycled back onto the real estate market. Nestled in Sullivan Canyon at 13215 Riviera Ranch Rd., the sprawling property is far more than just another luxury listing — it’s the culmination of Keaton’s decades-long obsession with architecture, design and home restoration.

The actress spent years transforming the property into her dream residence after purchasing it in 2011 for $4.7 million. The renovation became the inspiration for her 2017 design book, “The House That Pinterest Built,” which documented how countless hours spent scrolling through Pinterest helped shape the home’s distinctive aesthetic.

The roughly 9,200-square-foot compound blends industrial chic with rustic farmhouse warmth, creating a space that feels like a cross between a converted New York warehouse, a California ranch and the set of the Nancy Meyer’s classic, “Something’s Gotta Give,” starring Keaton and Jack Nicholson.

The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence is packed with unique details. Massive steel-framed factory windows flood the interiors with natural light, while reclaimed wood beams, exposed brick and soaring ceilings create a grand atmosphere.

The home’s show stopping kitchen features a monochrome palette, dramatic vaulted ceilings and a heavy dose of rustic charm. The house has four fireplaces, custom-designed living spaces, a guest cottage, pool and a detached garage spread across more than half an acre of land.

While Keaton is an accomplished house flipper, the Sullivan Canyon estate became regarded as her most personal project, and the last home she lived in before her passing. After having spent eight years refining the property, the home became the ultimate expression of her design philosophy: spaces that feel like they were collected rather than decorated.

The property is listed by “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star Josh Flagg.
