Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting child actor in new lawsuit

Imprisoned rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a mystery child actor in an explosive lawsuit filed in California that accuses him of acting “beyond the bound of decency.”

Combs, 56, is serving a 50-month prison sentence for prostitution-related offenses after a bombshell eight-week trial in New York City that laid bare for the world his infamous “freak-offs” — twisted, multi-day parties rife with drugs, degrading sex acts and children’s swimming pools full of baby oil.

In the new lawsuit, a child actor going by the pseudonym John Doe accuses the disgraced Bad Boy Entertainment founder of sexually assaulting him during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007, according to ABC News.

“Defendant Combs’ conduct … was outrageous, intended to terrorize and cause him emotional distress, and did in fact cause him emotional distress,” the lawsuit viewed by the outlet reads in part.

“This assault was so extreme as to go beyond the bound of decency and be regarded intolerable by civilized society.”

The former child actor claims in the suit that Combs led him into a back room during the event “to speak with him privately about some potential opportunities,” such as a project he was producing at the time.

The actor said as he started to “feel the effects of the beverage” Combs had offered him, when the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper allegedly started touching him in a way he stated was making him uncomfortable.

“Then, Defendant Combs pulled down Plaintiff’s pants and underwear and began to fondle Plaintiff’s genitalia all while Combs was simultaneously touching himself. Defendant Combs then performed oral copulation on the minor Plaintiff while continuing to touch himself,” the lawsuit alleged.

The suit did not give the actor’s exact age, only that he was under 18 at the time of the alleged encounter.

Juda Engelmayer, a representative of Combs’, called the new allegations “false and ridiculous.”

“He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,” Engelmayer said in a statement.

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

Combs has faced dozens of lawsuits since he was arrested in New York in 2024, including claims of sexual assault, rape and other violent acts from alleged victims including men, women, adults and minors.

He was convicted last July of two Mann Act Transportation counts — a federal law making it a crime to transport someone across state lines for prostitution, which each carry a maximum prison term of 10 years.

The rapper was stunningly acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, the most serious allegations against him.
