Trump hurls insults at ‘loudmouth huckster’ Black broadcaster in early morning tirade

Trump ridiculed for insisting he wasn’t booed by NBA Finals crowd: ‘Sure Donald’

President Donald Trump launched another volley in his back-and-forth feud with sports broadcaster Stephen A. Smith, whose intelligence he questioned in response to his criticism.

The ESPN commentator went viral with criticism of the 79-year-old president’s attendance at Monday night’s Game 3 of the NBA Finals, saying he was needlessly inconveniencing fans and New Yorkers, and Smith then blasted Trump for appearing to doze off as the New York Knicks eventually lost to the San Antonio Spurs.

“Go online, look at the videos,” Smith said on ESPN’s “First Take.” “I’m not going to accuse him of snoring because I wasn’t in earshot. The brother wasn’t awake … Why did you look like you were asleep? Didn’t you call out former President Joe Biden ‘Sleepy Joe’? Well, what should we call you? Because you weren’t awake.”

Smith also accused Trump of disrupting his hometown Knicks’ “mojo” and breaking their 13-game postseason win streak, and the president once again questioned the intelligence of the Black broadcaster he had previously encouraged to run for president.

“Stephen A. Smith is an arrogant fool, a low IQ individual,” Trump raged Tuesday morning on Truth Social. “In other words, he’s ‘dumb as a rock,’ and totally unqualified to ever think of running for high political office, or even low political office, for that matter!”

“He’d get annihilated in a debate by the most incompetent of politicians,” Trump added. “Joe Biden’s now ‘fabled’ performance would look great by comparison to anything that this loudmouth huckster has to offer, which isn’t much! Within a few weeks, they’d laugh him out of politics!!!”
