New York socialite and author Jean Shafiroff and her husband, investment adviser Martin Shafiroff, have bought a stunning, modern, waterfront gated home in Manalapan, Fla. — the exclusive billionaires’ enclave between Delray and Palm Beach — for around $21 million in an off-market sale, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

Past and present Manalapan residents include Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison, who in September briefly became the world’s richest person, as well as Tony Robbins, Billy Joel and celebrity developer Joe Farrell.

The Shafiroffs’ new home is on Churchill Way and was last asking around $25 million.
At 15,300 square feet, the two-story glass manse comes with six bedrooms and 8 1⁄2 baths.
“It’s extremely modern and high-tech. I’ve never seen a house like this in southern Florida, and it comes furnished, with a lot of security,” Jean tells Gimme.
The Shafiroffs also own homes in New York, Southampton and Jupiter, but plan on listing the latter home later this year.
Their new Manalapan abode boasts high ceilings, a wine tasting room, a large chef’s kitchen and lots of walk-in closet space. Outside, there’s a pool, 250 feet of Intracoastal waterfront and serene views.
The listing broker was Mercedes Foster of Real Broker LLC, while the Shafiroffs were represented by Jason Haverkamp, of William Raveis Real Estate.
