Want to high-five a celebrity? Have more than half a million dollars burning a hole in your pocket?

The New York Knicks got you.

The team is auctioning two courtside seats for Monday’s NBA Finals Game 3 against the San Antonio Spurs. The current bid is $500,000, and the auction closes Sunday at 5 p.m.

The seats have a fair-market value of about $40,000, according to the auction listing. That means the current bid is more than 12 times the regular price. Proceeds will go to The Garden of Dreams Foundation, the nonprofit affiliated with Madison Square Garden Sports and MSG Entertainment.

The tickets are for seats 25 and 26 in row AA inside section VIP 10, which the site describes as “right off center court.”

“These seats place you steps from the action, surrounded by athletes, celebs, and New York’s biggest names,” the auction site says. “This is basketball at its absolute highest level.”

It’s unclear which famous faces the winning bidder might end up close to — but Knicks courtside seats have long been a magnet for celebrities, including director Spike Lee, actor Timothée Chalamet, actor Ben Stiller, comedian Tracy Morgan, and singer Alicia Keys.

Ticket prices for the series have surged since the Knicks won Game 1 on Wednesday. The cheapest ticket to Monday’s game on StubHub was listed at about $9,000 as of Friday morning, while some courtside seats were listed for as much as $100,000 — nearly enough to buy a brand new Land Rover Range Rover.

The NBA and MSG didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.
