Watch Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs angrily confront lawyer in first glimpse at Netflix doc: ‘We’re losing!’

Sean “Diddy” Combs has a heated conversation with his lawyer in the first look at his forthcoming Netflix documentary.

The streaming platform dropped the 56-second trailer for “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” on Monday, kicking off with a clip of the embattled music mogul in a New York City hotel room six days before his arrest.

“We have to find somebody that’ll work with us that has dealt in the dirtiest of dirty business,” the Grammy winner, 56, said in what seemed to be a phone call with his attorney.

Combs, who was wearing black athleisure in the Sept. 10, 2024, footage, appeared anxious as he repeatedly bounced his knee up and down.

“We’re losing!” he angrily added.

The following week, Combs was detained and charged with transportation to engage in prostitution, racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.

When his eight-week trial wrapped in July, the rapper was found guilty of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution — but acquitted of the other two more serious charges.

Combs, who is also facing numerous sexual assault lawsuits, was sentenced to 50 months and is currently behind bars in New Jersey’s Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute.

Page Six broke the news in December 2023 that 50 Cent — real name Curtis James Jackson III — was executive producing a docuseries about Combs’ legal battle, which Netflix confirmed in September of the following year.

Proceeds from the series will help support survivors of sexual assault.

A teaser dropped last month, promising “explosive, never-before-seen materials, including exclusive interviews with those formerly in Combs’ orbit.”

Monday’s trailer announced that jurors will be interviewed in the four-hour-long episodes, as well as Aubrey O’Day, Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder Kirk Burrowes and more.

The docuseries comes out Tuesday.

Combs, whose legal team intends to appeal his conviction, was initially set to leave prison on May 8, 2028.

However, Page Six exclusively reported last month that his release date has been extended to June 4, 2028.

This update came on the heels of Combs making headlines for allegedly consuming “homemade alcohol” and participating in a prohibited three-way phone call.

He has denied any wrongdoing.
