A legal expert floated a disturbing theory on Wednesday about why former Attorney General Pam Bondi is returning to President Donald Trump’s administration.
Glenn Kirschner, a former federal prosecutor and host of the “Justice Matters” podcast, said in a new reaction video that Bondi’s return is another way for the Trump administration to continue hiding the Jeffrey Epstein files from the public. Bondi faced considerable criticism from Republican and Democratic lawmakers in Congress over her handling of the files, leading to multiple fiery exchanges during hearings in the House and Senate.
“Pam Bondi seems to know where the Epstein bodies are buried, figuratively speaking, and given the investigation out in New Mexico into the Zoro Ranch and some of the reporting about what may have gone on out there, maybe she knows where the bodies are buried, literally,” Kirschner said.
“So friends, doesn’t it seem like if Pam Bondi decided to start talking publicly about what she saw in those Epstein files, what she knows about the men who may have been involved in, complicit in the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, don’t you think that could be something of a problem for Donald Trump?” he continued.
On Tuesday, Axios reported that Bondi is returning to the Trump administration to serve on the president’s AI task force alongside AI guru David Sacks and other business leaders.
“Donald Trump fired her in humiliating fashion, and then Trump named Todd ‘I love you, Mr. President’ Blanche as acting attorney general, and now Trump is bringing Pam back,” Kirschner said. “Do we really think he’s bringing her back for her expertise in science, technology, and infrastructure? Or might he be bringing her back to keep her close, keep her in the fold, maybe even keep her quiet?”
