It’s been a while since I’ve consistently worked in an office, so after starting a new full-time job in New York City, I quickly remembered how exhausting working in person can be.
Luckily, I’ve been able to turn to Costco for filling, high-protein snacks that give me the fuel I need to power through the day.
Here are seven snacks I’m loving right now.
When I’m craving pure chocolate, I grab a NuGo protein bar.
My dad had the biggest sweet tooth, and he unfortunately passed it down to me.
Although Hershey Kisses and Oreos used to leave me feeling sluggish and unfocused, NuGo protein bars make me feel refreshed and ready to conquer any task.
These have become my go-to daily breakfast or mid-morning snack, and are one of my favorite items to buy at Costco.
The amazing chocolate-chocolate chip flavor makes the bar taste like a decadent dessert, but with 12 grams of protein and fewer calories and sugar.
I wasn’t a fan of chickpeas until I tried the roasted version from Biena.
The last time I had chickpeas, I wasn’t a fan. But when I tried the roasted sea-salt version from Biena, I was pleasantly surprised, and it quickly became one of my staples.
These roasted sea-salt chickpeas are packed with plenty of flavor and 6 grams of protein per serving.
Not only do they taste great, but they’re also made from simple ingredients, like sunflower and safflower oil.
I can never get enough of the delicious Krave chimichurri beef sticks.
Slim Jims were one of my favorite snacks when I was a kid, so it’s no wonder that I’ve fallen in love with these Krave beef sticks from Costco as an adult.

Additionally, each flavorful stick has 8 grams of protein, making it an ideal snack to reach for when my stomach starts to grumble before my lunch break.
Quest protein chips are so good that my coworkers love them too.
I firmly believe every office should have bags of Quest protein chips available at all times. They’re one of my favorite snacks, and my coworkers love them, too.
I typically eat these chips, which are packed with 16 grams of protein and only 4 grams of carbs, as a side with my lunch — leaving me feeling energized but not too full.
Orgain protein shakes are my favorite for an after-lunch boost.
About an hour or two after lunch, I’m usually struggling to finish the workday strong. That’s when I reach for one of these delicious chocolate-fudge protein shakes from Orgain.
Packed with a whopping 30 grams of protein, these shakes help me stay full and focused, whether I’m sitting at my desk or running around the office.
