‘Project Hail Mary’ is still ruling the box office

“Project Hail Mary” is flexing its longevity.

The film is still ruling the box office, landing in the No. 1 spot for the second week in a row.

The sci-fi adventure starring Ryan Gosling took in over $14.6 million on Friday, according to Box Office Mojo.

Landing in second was Pixar’s “Hoppers,” which earned $3.1 million on its fourth Friday in theaters.

The action comedy horror “They Will Kill You,” starring Tom Felton, Heather Graham and Patricia Arquette, took third, with $2.25 million in revenue on its box office debut.

The Hollywood Reporter called the film — centered around a woman who takes a housekeeping job at a scary Manhattan luxury building — “a giddy, gory eat-the-rich actioner.”

The Indian spy action thriller “Dhurandhar The Revenge” took fifth, with sales of just over $1.3 million.
