A murdered model’s body was decapitated by a sicko who stole her head from the cemetery, according to reports.
Pamela Genini, a 29-year-old model and entrepreneur who also appeared on reality TV in Italy, was stabbed to death on her balcony in Milan in October last year, allegedly by her wealthy 52-year-old ex-boyfriend who’d been stalking her and begging her to take him back, according to officials.
When her body was being moved to her final resting place on Monday, cemetery workers became alarmed when they realized the coffin would not close properly — and there were loose screws, the Italian news agency ANSA reported.

The coffin was opened — and the stunning model’s head was missing.
Fresh silicone used to seal the coffin suggested that the body — which had been in rest for five months since her murder — had been recently decapitated.
Police suspect three or four suspects were involved in tampering with the body, although it was not immediately clear why they thought that number was involved.
Authorities did not speculate on a possible motive. It is being investigated as a desecration of a corpse and theft of the head, which carries a sentence of up to seven years in prison, L’Unione Sarda reported.
Genini had been stabbed more than 24 times on her balcony, allegedly by wealthy Italian businessman Gianluca Soncin, 52, who was distraught at them breaking up after dating for a year.

He allegedly got into her apartment with a set of keys he still had, with the model messaging a friend: “I’m scared. This guy’s completely crazy… I don’t know what to do.”
Before police could get there to help, she was heard screaming “help” as she was stabbed.
Soncin tried to take his own life by slashing himself twice in the throat to avoid arrest, according to reports. He remains in custody for stalking and then murdering his ex.
