A Grammy-winning electronic music record producer and DJ has just dropped the price of his Los Angeles home by a stunning half a million dollars.
Anton Zaslavski — better known as Zedd — first listed the midcentury-modern home in the Hollywood Hills for just under $5.5 million last October. It is now asking $4.99 million.
And it comes with a custom professional recording studio.

The Russian-German entertainer — who has collaborated with Lady Gaga and Katy Perry — bought the home for around $4 million in 2014, following the success of his 2012 break-out “Clarity” album, and then added to it.
Zedd now lives in a 17,500-square-foot Nordic-inspired dream house, known as Odin, which he bought for $18.4 million in 2023. A year later, in 2024, Zedd also sold another Encino mansion — which he purchased from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for $15.2 million in 2021, for $17.1 million — to singer Meghan Trainor.

But the passionate musician and serial real estate collector is rarely home these days. Zedd has a 2026 Las Vegas residency in partnership with Tao Group Hospitality.
The gated Hollywood Hills home on Carman Crest Drive is accessed via a log driveway and comes with divine views.
Built in 1950, the home is 3,381 square feet, and sits on just over one third of an acre. The residence features four bedrooms, four baths and two powder rooms.

Accordion-style floor-to-ceiling glass walls bring in the light while showcasing city and canyon vistas.
The home is designed with plenty of indoor/outdoor areas for entertaining, along with a resort-style saltwater pool, a hot tub and fire pits.

A main floor boasts an open living/dining area. There’s also a compact chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a pass-through window that opens to a poolside bar.
The main bedroom suite has a fireplace, a private balcony, a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath. The additional three bedrooms also come with ensuite baths and open to outdoor spaces.
There’s also a glass-enclosed wine cellar, and a four car garage.
The listing brokers are David Kramer and Andrew Buss of Compass.
