Kylie Kelce got real about postpartum intimacy not being “all fun and games” on her latest podcast episode.
“You can’t be out here, like, ‘That was great,’” Jason Kelce’s wife told “Not Gonna Lie” listeners Thursday of getting back in the saddle “the first couple of times.”
The podcast host quipped, “What? A human just exited that door.”

The topic came up as Kylie discussed needing at least a year to “feel more like [her]self” after welcoming new additions to their family.
The 34-year-old, who is the mother of Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 11 months, pointed out, “You’re not even allowed to have sex for six to eight weeks.”
She began to address “anyone who has experienced sex postpartum” before questioning the subject change.

“Are we doing this?” Kylie asked. “We’re doing this. I’m talking about it.”
She continued, “Specifically, I can only speak to after vaginal birth. And I’ve had varying experiences, different for every kid. It’s not all fun and games, guys, if you catch my drift.”
The former field hockey coach did not elaborate further.

Her and Jason’s sex life last made headlines in November 2024 when Kylie eviscerated her husband’s “dumbass” advice on “New Heights” for a fan experiencing a “dry spell” in his relationship.
At the time, Jason encouraged the podcast listener to wear tight pants to show his partner “the goods” — and “grab her right on the ass” when walking by in the morning — to set the mood “early.”
Kylie urged social media users to take Jason’s words of wisdom “with a grain of salt.”
She savagely joked, “If I had to guess based on my husband’s dumbass response to this question, I would say he’s probably going to experience a spell of his wife saying that she’s not interested.”

Jason referenced the savage comment as he refrained from giving additional bedroom advice in a subsequent episode.
“I don’t want to get into any more trouble with Ky,” the retired NFL player said.
He and Kylie have been married since April 2018.
