Oscars 2026: Follow live updates on the 98th Academy Awards.
After the Golden Globes, the Screen Actors Guild Actor Awards, the BAFTAs and so many others have handed out their trophies in this lengthy awards season, it is finally time for the Oscars to follow suit.
“Sinners,” the vampire drama directed by Ryan Coogler, is coming into the night with a record-breaking 16 nominations. Paul Thomas Anderson’s “One Battle After Another” is up for 13 awards. And four of the nine nominations “Sentimental Value” received went to its entire main cast.
The show will be hosted by Conan O’Brien for the second year in a row and will feature performances of the nominated songs “Golden” from”KPop Demon Hunters” and “I Lied To You” from “Sinners.” Paul Mescal, whose film “Hamnet” is nominated for eight awards, and others are set to present alongside last year’s winners Adrien Brody, Kieran Culkin, Mikey Madison and Zoe Saldaña.
The ceremony is live from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, being broadcast on ABC and streaming on Hulu.
